Scandal has Volpe campaign reeling
OTTAWA (CP) — Speculation is rife that Joe Volpe will drop out of the Liberal leadership race after his scandal-plagued campaign was rocked by another controversy Saturday.

Volpe is planning to hold a news conference Monday morning in Ottawa, The Canadian Press has learned.

However, insiders said it's premature to assume Volpe intends to withdraw. He may choose instead to fight back against allegations that his camp has improperly signed up party members in Quebec.

Volpe spokesman Corey Hobbs refused to comment.

2. Good, the sooner the better, imo
I never liked Volpe, he always struck me as sleazy.
