I realize that one of the terms of the coalition agreement is that they will sit together in the house. Have they already started doing this?

I would think the govt has to fall first, and the Coalition take over before that would happen. The Accord 'going into effect' so to speak.

I think that's the seating arrangement. They face across from Harper's crew. The distance is traditionally two sword lengths.
