Joe Clark= Jimmy Carter
Tommy Douglas= Bernie Sanders
Party's:
Liberal party= Democratic party
Conservative party= Mix between the Dems and Repuks

One spoiler would be the Green Party.
With your logic, we could say that the Liberals are the spoilers.
Anyone who has watched the Green's, would see that they evolved from the Conservatives.
And just what are Laytons' objectives?
