CBC Rumor: CBC without boundries

There is a rumor (one repeated by some CBC employees and a few newspapers) that locked out CBC employees are going to start web casting to compete with CBC on air. There are 5,500 CBC employees locked out, including on air people, camera people, sound people, web people, writers, producers etc - and they'd be operating freely, without government mandates and without restrictions from management (although the would have some restrictions in terms of budget and available equiptment). Could be some of the most honest 'television' ever produced though.

A propos of nothing in particular here, I was quite impressed with our USAmerican cousin who waxed all French the other day and called Eliz. II a "putain".

Calling a past-middle-aged woman who has not actually ever traded sexual services for cash, and who is the head of state of the person one is talking to whether one or one's interlocutor likes it a not, a "whore" has never struck me as neighbourly ... or progressive.
