It's about Liverpool deciding whether to have "Tolerance Zones" for prostitution...

I think they should have brothels - it'd make it safer for the women, as they could bar people who are abusive to them & stop Pimps taking advantage of them

I hope that they have actually asked people living and working in that area if they want prostitution tolerated like that but you do wonder if that has really happened. They showed the vote in Liverpool Council on the news last night and they didn't even bother to go to a show of hands!

7. Brothels

they have them in Victoria, just on the model you mentioned, but there is still a large street prostitution scene, mainly because the brothels won't accept people who are addicted to drugs.
