1. Not an embarrassment! A DISASTER!
Cameron is bad news . . . the last thing any country in Europe needs right now is a resurgence of
Thatcherism.

4. This is it. The country is going down in flames regardless of what he does with his posion agenda...

...I just hope it's a short, sharp shock rather than a 10 year plus revival and increase of Thatcherism. I hope the country has four or five years of hell, financially, to minimise the long term damage and make the Tory bastards pariahs for the next hundred years. I'm sorry, I hate wishing failure, especially on a place I'm leaving in a few years' time, but it's hard enough as it is when you don't have money coming out of your ears. The supremely greedy Cameron administration will ramp up their right-wing agenda and you will never, ever see a government to the left of Thatcher in your lifetime.

A double-dip recession, warned about by anyone who isn't beholden to the Conservative interest, in the near future kills the Tories for a long time. I can but hope.

3. Hmm - are they genuine?
It'd be illegal to do that before the polls close, if they're meant to have any inside knowledge. That dim Labour twitterer said something about postal vote counts early, and the police investigated. Surely ICM wouldn't risk their reputation this way?

5. They say it is a rumour.
I am not sure that they should be putting out rumours before a result.

Cameron said he wanted a strong majority, if he has got a majority of 22 then he will face the same medicine that the Eurosceptics gave to John Major. His best bet was either a strong majority or a pact, with an overall majority all parties become the opposition and that means a group of 11 MP's could cause him trouble.
