I find the posters there pretty politicised

2. Yeah, when I've seen it, it's looked like a fighting ground

between UKIP, the English Democrats, and the BNP. If you want to get the inside view on their latest split, it's fine.

I know there are many pro-UK pro English people there but have encountered the BNP types. Definitely lots of old school tories there for sure.

I do however post on Sheffield Forum http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/ which veers wildly between being a genuinely useful source of information and a cesspit full of monkeys flinging poo at each other.

The political threads are almost all very firmly in the "monkeys flinging poo" category, with some posters convinced that the Labour Party can do no wrong, a smattering of Southern Tories who cannot understand why a city which suffered mass unemployment due to Thatcher does not elect Conservatives, and far right shitheads who make reference to "the islamification of Abbeydale Road" all the time.
