Here's a funny one, eh? The Torygraph "outs" high spending councils (again) - no surprise there - but highlights the solidly-Tory Cornwall Council as Public Enemy Number One (a sentiment roundly echoed by the Lib Dem oppostion) while Big Eric weighs in to remind the faithful that this abomination is actually the fault of Labour.

Labour's sole representative on Cornwall Council must be one hell of an operator.

Come on, comrades, get a grip. La Thatch certainly wouldn't have allowed this level of disconnect between one of the party journals, one of her local soviets and a member of the Politburo ...
