4. Me too. I can't help a wry smile at the Manure fans asking for sympathy

and solidarity from the rest of us, but on the other hand, the ultimate predatory snake that is Glazer makes my stomach turn.

If i was in the same situation as those fans feeling the soul was being ripped out of my club and the money out of my wallet by a greedy dog i'm sure i'd have something to say.

at manure recently claimed that they had 75,000,000 supporters. If they really believed in solidarity each of of them should pledge 1p to Cambridge United - and that would save it. But of course they won't - they're too busy spending all their money on prawn sarnies and replica shirts. There was not one murmur of complaint from them when they became a PLC. Mind you, if the thing goes bust a large portion of the Cornish population will have to get a new wardrobe. In fact, perhaps that's why so many of them are eschewing their manure shirts for Liverpool or Chelsea ones.

9. There is a Pop music forum on this site where they discuss things such as

'celebrities' personal life, top ten albums and the like. I don't raid that site to tell them to all get a grip. We are just having a chat about a very interesting development within the beautiful game.

Lighten up. If you want we could use it as a metaphor, or actually an example of what is wrong with unrestricted globalisation and the destruction of British Industrial communities, and the alienation of the working class.
