Howard slams Rudd policies.
"Former prime minister John Howard has hit out at several of the Rudd Government's policies while giving a major speech in the United States.

Mr Howard has given an address at a gala dinner for the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, where he received the Irving Kristol Award.

He has told the audience that scrapping the WorkChoices laws is the first time in 25 years that a major economic reform has been reversed.

"That will be a mistake," he said."

Ridiculous little twerp. He couldn't get away with saying that here, because we know it was a major
factor in his political demise. Even his own party have dropped their support, except for a few
trolls like Wilson Tuckey. The little toad's losing his marbles. But then, people who'd pay to
hear John Howard speak can't have much going for them.

1. Hey! John! you had your arse burnt off in the election
by a newcomer.
How many tickets outta town do we have to buy you.
You are the failed leader of a failed party pursuing failed ideas.
You are irrelevant. Deal with it.

On a related issue, isn't it fun watching all the hissy fits.
I truly did not foresee the degree of sour grapes. It kind of shows that
they really believed they created the boom times.
I'm sure history will show that they just surfed on Paul's good work.

Brendan 07, chuckle

3. The "Irving Kristol Award"?!
Fuck, that's a real beauty to have up on the shelf, isn't it? Good God.

Quite telling how mad and twisted the little sycophantic arsehole actually is from the limited coverage to his utterances and actions after he vacated his last job.

4. It's so pathetic I could almost feel sorry for him
if I had a full frontal lobotomy that is.

Though Howard shouldn't cry too much, the ALP are keeping rather a lot of his pro-business Dickensian nightmare AKA Workchoices.
