1. I have never know anyone to own one as a pet.

I have known people who were proud to say their dog was part dingo.
I am not sure on the legal aspects of owning one. They have been responsible for killing a lot
of livestock over the years.

2. It is legal to register a dingo in some states, but not others.

3. No, and unless they create a hybrid version under 2.5kg, I won't ever own one...

If they could do that and retain the no-barking bit, I'd have one!

It's legal to own dingos in the ACT, but then again, no breeds are banned here unlike in some of the other states...
