In a good way, I mean... He knows how to fight in the world of politics. He knows the power of a feint and he's not afraid to use it.

If he said even the tiniest peep he would be Gored, so he is playing coy until we rise up in support, not of him, but of fair and true elections, which is TRULY a bipartisan issue - with a groundswell of support, we will have fair elections in this country and we will get a new election in certain areas in several states, if we want it. Kerry needs to be unsullied to be able to run in the replacement election and win fair and square, so he's counting on YOU. We're all counting on YOU.

If we want a re-vote badly enough, we'll get one - there's plenty of basis and evidence in several states to cause a re-vote.

Then Kerry will run again, like a phoenix rising from the ashes, to accept the mantle of the popular president, the wronged man, the underdog, the man of the people, the true blue American president.

And Bush will curse off into the cold Texas winter night to go kick his dogs one more time having failed once more, fair and square on a level playing field. On other words, Bush gets to screw the pooch one last time before he's indicted.

don't the electors meet in a couple of days? From what I have heard, neither Kerry nor Edwards have EVER been particularly hardworking. We would have been better off with Gore (or practically anyone).

Sorry folks- but I can hardly stand it. I can't even think about inauguration day. And I am MAJORLY pissed at Kerry. All he is trying to do right now is position himself for 2008.

Well--I want a Democrat who is a FIGHTER. If Kerry can't beat the WORST PRESIDENT IN HISTORY then he was not the best candidate. We better find ourselves a fighter--someone who will run to WIN in 2008.

Contrast the record of Kerry with that of Teddy Kennedy (who REALLY is a hard working Senator). Kerry has never been considered a major player--he has always been kind of a non-entity Senator. That is just the way it is.

Sure--he hyped him a lot during the election--we had a bad product and we did a really good job trying to sell it.

BUT--next time--I want a GOOD product to sell. I worked my ass off in this election. My plea to the Democratic party is -- Give me something GOOD to work with next time.

We dont have the media to report the truth... bushes disinformation campaign, with the help of the MSM decieved millions... and STILL Kerry had the votes. So supression and fraud where used to fill in the gap... the evidence is strong, and the history of 2000 and 2002 gives precedent to the existance of fraud. SO JOIN US AND RISE Up .. got to a rally THIS WEEKEND... we will grow so when the recount in Ohio shows Kerry won, we will be ready!

When I hear Bush call for war in the name of peace, say that the rape of environmental legislation will result in clean air and water, allow the commercial logging of our national forests in the name of fire control I shake my head. For he is the enemy of all those who believe in peace ,justice and common sense.

I wonder, frankly, how to feel when I read such absurdities as this from those who are supposedly my allies in this fight. Silence is eloquence, according to Cronus, concession before all the votes are counted is high strategy according to this thread starter. Our leader is simply waiting to follow this "groundswell" support. Gee, here I thought leaders led, not followed.

Cronus claims that the silence we hear so deafeningly from , not only Kerry, but the national leadership of the party, is a feint and does not show them to be faint of heart, oh no. That the recount battle is being led, not by the supposed opposition party, the one that stands to benefit the most from that recount, oh no, but by third party candidates, you know, those folks who were vilified as sabotaging democratic efforts to win elections.

A Federal judge in Ohio, in dismissing a feeble and quite late Democratic Party lawsuit concerning the recounts, stated that, as the Dems had done nothing to institute either the recounts or the fight for fairness, they had no right to sue concerning other people's battles...that about says it.

It is long past time for those of us who care about democracy, peace, justice and fairness to rise up against this incompetent and agendised leadership that has led the Democratic Party onto the reefs of defeat , for the third time now! It is not fraud that has led to two terms for the most incompetent and dishonest President in modern US history, not at all, it is simply the neoconservative leadership of the Democratic Party, in trying to become another version of the GOP that is responsible.......end the reign of the Bush enablers!

Why was he afraid to be Gored? Isn't he supposed to be a fighter? He should have exposed this fraud last month, he should have exposed the fake media last month, he should have exposed Bush for what he is last month. Now it's too late, he's NEVER going to get the popular support we need to fight fraud with this pitiful, weak, cowardly behavior.

He conceded prior to the complete vote count, as did Gore in 2000 actually. His war chest contains millions in unspent contributions, what on earth was he saving it for?

When it was left to third party challengers to protest a seamy election they had to make an appeal to the nation for the hundred or so thousand dollars needed to recount Ohio. Did Kerry fork it over....err no, did the democratic party do so...again nope. So what more chance does one wait for before drawing the obvious conclusions?
