Yang Enterprises, Inc. Responds to allegations of participating in development of vote manipulation software prototype


Dear Sir or Madam,

As outside general counsel to Yang Enterprises, Inc., please be advised that Yang Enterprises, Inc.'s response to the allegations of Mr. Curtis is as follows:

(1) Mr. Curtis's allegations are categorically false; and

(2) Mr. Curtis is a disgruntled former employee trying to harm a former employer by lying and making false allegations.

They are more screwed then I thought. If these charges were so far fetched we would have received a much more detailed response. It seems to me they are limiting their response as much as possible. This story has substance, I really think this is the real deal.

has already been addressed.

They threw him a going away party on what was to be his last day, when he left their employ, and then he agreed to stay on an additional 6 weeks until a replacement was on board.

Later, he turned whistle-blower while working for FLA DOT, claiming YEI was over charging.

filed a civil lawsuit against him and they would have stated all of this in an affidavit. This completely lends credibility to Curtis. Now I completely believe Curtis! Notice how their response sounds just like Bush admin's response to Richard Clark!
