I'd also be trying to figure out how to cover my tracks, or who could possibly uncover the real truth. I'd be going after the programmer types who could find the code that was switched inside the central tabulators or on the electronic voting machines. I'd lock down those machines any way I could, like say, get Blackwell to lock things down -- I would try to keep the recounters, lawyers, press from looking at those machines, because that's where the proof is!

Schedule the recounts at some ungodly hour... like, 7:30 AM. And then confuse the volenteers with arbitrary rules and regulations. Then I'd send in random officials to halt the recounts for various reasons, citing some random injunction I do not have. But mostly I'd be sucking the dick of anyone who worked for Diebold.

Ohio Election Investigation Thwarted by Surprise Blackwell Order

(In violation of Ohio law, Ohio election records are now “locked down” and are “not public records”. Apparently, Bush-Cheney Campaign Co-chair Ken Blackwell determined that enough votes exist to make John Kerry the winner in Ohio, so he ordered Secratary of State Ken Blackwell stop the analyis of the votes.)

Dayton, Ohio Friday December 10, 2004

On Friday December 10 two certified volunteers for the Ohio Recount team assigned to Greene County were in process recording voting information from minority precincts in Greene County, and were stopped mid-count by a surprise order from Secretary of State Blackwell’s office. The Director Board of Elections stated that "all voter records for the state of Ohio were "locked-down," and now they are not considered public records."

The volunteers were working with voter printouts received directly from Carole Garman, Director, Greene County Board of Elections. Joan Quinn and Eve Roberson, retired attorney and election official respectively, were hand-copying voter discrepancies from precinct voting books on behalf of the presidential candidates Mr. Cobb (Green) and Mr. Badnarik Libertarian) who had requested the recount.

One of the goals of the recount was to determine how many minority voters were unable to vote or denied voting at the polls. Upon requesting copies of precinct records from predominantly minority precincts, Ms. Garman contacted Secretary of State Blackwell’s office and spoke to Pat Wolfe, Election Administrator. Ms. Wolfe told Ms. Garman to assert that all voter records for the State of Ohio were "locked down" and that they are "not considered public records."

Quinn and Roberson asked specifically for the legal authority authorizing Mr. Blackwell to "lock down" public records. Garman stated that it was the Secretary of State’s decision. Ohio statute requires the Directors of Boards of Election to comply with public requests for inspection and copying of public election records. As the volunteer team continued recording information from the precinct records in question, Garman entered the room and stated she was withdrawing permission to inspect or copy any voting records at the Board of Elections. Garman then physically removed the precinct book from Ms. Roberson’s hands. They later requested the records again from Garman’s office, which was again denied.

Ohio Revised Code Title XXXV Elections, Sec. 3503.26 that requires all election records to be made available for public inspection and copying. ORC Sec. 3599.161 makes it a crime for any employee of the Board of Elections to knowingly prevent or prohibit any person from inspecting the public records filed in the office of the Board of Elections. Finally, ORC Sec. 3599.42 clearly states: "A violation of any provision of Title XXXV (35) of the Revised Code constitutes a prima facie case of election fraud within the purview of such Title."

There was no need to worry in 2000, even though the recount showed Gore to be the winner, so there's no need to worry here. Let them recount, if the electors are already selected, the Congress and/or the Supreme Court will ignore whatever the recount allegedly shows.

They are in power everywhere and think they have nothing to worry about. After all, we are just conspiracy theorists with no power.

They miss the point, though. We have Truth and we are not going away, ever.

If I had gotten my payment and had enough to emigrate permanently, I would be outta here. Not only would I not want to be looked at and maybe ordered to testify, but I would be VERY SCARED THAT THE CRIMINALS BEHIND THE PLOT WOULD WANT ME TO BE PERMANENTLY SILENCED. The stakes are so high, I can't see the plotters stopping short of murder to see to it that the trail is permanently buried.

If I had NOT gotten my payment and my special skills were no longer essential, I would be terrified, jumping at every shadow, wondering when the assassin would come.

If I were one of the inner ring of highly placed planners, I would be calling in favors, obfuscating, reminding everyone involved in the plot that they either swim together or sink very, very far. Anyone who showed signs of nerves and possible bolting, I would threaten and be very believable about it. And I would do absolutely anything to cover the trail, taking care to keep my fingerprints off the effort and using disposable lower level hacks who could not rat on me.

These guys are criminals, and they would lose everything if discovered. I don't think there's anything they wouldn't do to keep their power. They've already demonstrated that, over and over. If I were in a position to betray the plot, I'd be very, VERY scared.
