1. There is hard evidence from the records of the Greene

County voting precinct that 175 out of 205 African American university
students from the Dayton area were not allowed to vote. This was told to me personally by someone who was legally examining the books at the time when Blackwell locked down the precinct from public review.

There's much more to this.

each of the 175 who were turned had their registration challenged for a variety of bogus reasons. She spoke of more people having signed the voting list that the total number of votes and many other things.
If fact, there was so much her group had seen she seemed a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing, was practically in tears while talking to me. She and her group were actually in the precinct office when they were told that Blackwell had "locked down" the records in that precinct.

They next day the precinct office was left unlocked and unattended.
A man who said that he was a locksmith came and made a set of keys and left. ?????

The cops came, looked around, declared that nothing was missing and left, apparently without seeing about the unlocked doors.
