The desperate and self-deluded will argue that this is the first blow in overturning the election. A more rational view is that Kerry is now asking for some minor counting matters to be taken care of.

In any event, electors cast their votes tomorrow, and that's all she wrote. Anything that might change the course of this election after tomorrow would have to be approved by a) a majority of the Republican Congress, or b) the Republican-controlled Supreme Court. 'Nuf said. Bottom line: it's over.
