Then he did something else to the computer--he asked poll workers which precincts would be recounted--he suggested they post a series of numbers on the wall that would look like staff notes--so the numbers would match. Conyers asked Cobb to arrange a meeting with his staff immediately. He sounded very grave, Cobb got a standing ovation.

They went to work Wed. night Dec 8. On Thuersday went to Greene Co. BOE got records, crunched numbers, there was an av voter turnout of 77% but suspiciously low % in 4 counties. They asked what precints were African America. Those 4 with the lowest turnout reported! Conyers: were you prevented from auditing. oan: yes we were:on Friday we requested those 4 AA precincts. Looked at the one for Cnetral State U ...what they found...method of disallowing vote: given wrong info on what the registrants needed to give for address. The records removed from them by director of BOE on orders from Blackwell..no longer considered public property. Joan told director that she could be removed for doing this. She called the Co Prosecutor and he confirmed Blackwell's order. The director took the reords right out of thier hands. These records are NO LONGER CONSIDERED PUBLIC ...Now: Eve Roberson...she is a retired election official. CAme ot OH beccasue of her concern w.problems. As an election official, she knows the manth voters v machines. This is not rocket science, why are they making this so hard for us. Serious breach of votes (safety_ Door was unlocked Sat. morning. Eve saw locked ballots sitting out. They videotaped it for Conyer's review. Conyers: Thank you. Applause. They have all info available on their website: don't have the address.
