I don't know about down there, but up here, once it's filed in court it becomes a public record and anybody can go look at it and copy it.

it would be a public document and could be requested/searched for, although sometimes papers are filed under seal (and therefore not available)....if the matter concerns you, you should have been served with a copy of the filings within a specified amount of time after filing (depends on jursidiction)....
