I received an email from Shannon Libby in the public information office of the Ohio Supreme Court just now.

my letter to her:
Shannon -
I'm back. I posted the petition and motion for injunction with some friends of mine, and they are all very excited to read it. But they are curious about the affidavits attached to the motion for injunction. Do you have those scanned in as well? If so, and you have time to, could you send them to me? Thanks again,

Keith-
Unfortunately, we don’t. We tried that but they are 147 pages long and our system wouldn’t accommodate them. I can mail them to you, if you’d like. If you’re interested, just send me your address. Thanks. -Shannon

I told her that I won't request that now, and that I'd like to stay in touch with her regarding Ct rulings and other filings in the case.
I do think that a friendly Ohio DUer that happens to swing by the S. Court should pick up a copy.... (I'm in Montana....)
