or the ask a grand jury to return criminal charges. Without the AG or a prosecutor (county or federal), there will be no criminal charges associated with the action by Cobb, K/E, et cetera.

I think part of the election reform that we establish should include a specific day that all votes shall be counted. Then I think the candidates should have election night parties, but victory parties should not be allowed until after the final counts have been certified to and voted on.

That way, concessions don't come into play. You are the candidate and in the running until all votes are counted and certified to.

It's perfectly clear to me that Kerry CANNOT contest the election without evidence and without support. He is up against an extremely dangerous and powerful cabal. The odds against him are enormous--despite the mountain of evidence of their theft of this election. He doesn't have unity in the Dem Party yet, which is full of people with their heads stuck in the sand. He has said NOTHING to discourage this grass roots effort, and has been involved closely in the details in Ohio, and has joined the legal aciton.
