I don't want them to get trapped on another technicality.
Right now I don't hold out much hope for the ongoing recount to turn anything up; most of the counties are recounting on the same machines that are alleged to have been messed with. We need to impound that crap and either do it manually or on a brand new, clean set of machines. The only way I see to get that done is a lawsuit.
