By the way, if you are in a blue state like I am, and they haven't put in e-voting yet, start screaming now to your representatives. Don't replace the existing machines unless the new ones have a verifiable paper trail. I have an old lever machine in my county and precinct, they are supposedly going to replace all of the old machines with computerized voting machines. Over my dead body. I want a Truevote machines, it spits out two receipts, one for the voter to keep and one that goes in a lock box to be available for a recount. We get to check both receipts to make sure they are correct before we leave the polls. This must be agitated for NOW in time for 2005 election.

and I think Wes would easily be more than 5% ahead of anyone. I voted Kerry'Edwards; I dontated (more than once), I attended several rallies, I volunteered, canvassed, phoned-banked, etc. , (for Kerry/Edwards), and I believe they won this "election," but even DIEbold wouldn't have kept Clark from winning. I'm in an "I told you so" mood, but maybe it'll pass.
