Do you think journalists can sue their own employers for violation of 1st Amendment rights?

1. No, the media outlet not the journalist decides what can be

distributed. There is no right to use an outlet for free speech.

The editors have always had editorial discretion as to what's in their publications. Nobody has the First Amendment right to be published in somebody else's publication.

submit their work to a more recptive publication or even start their own. No court will ever order a story printed. That's a violation of the First Amendment.

This case not only prevents journalists from suing but stated that they have no obligation to tell the truth. It involves Fox. Imagine that.
