These results are profoundly disturbing. The newly counted votes, all with a certifiable paper trail, consistently show a much higher percentage for John Kerry than the results tabulated electronically on election night. The difference is 8.93% in Hamilton, 8.08% in Lucas, 6.81% in Lorain, 5.83% in Butler, 5.67% in Montgomery, 5.52% in Stark, 5.21% in Cuyahoga, 4.99% in Franklin, 4.90% in Mahoning, and 4.24% in Summit. These numbers indicate a systematic underreporting of the Kerry vote on election night. Either the discrepancy must be entirely attributable to absentee ballots and provisional ballots coming disproportionately from Democratic precincts, or else the electronic vote counts were not correct. Either way, the discrepancy is so pervasive that it cannot be easily dismissed. These are the ten biggest counties in the State of Ohio. Together they accounted for 61.30% of Kerry’s state wide vote.

12. But notice not even he is talking about a serious recount effort

The Ohio "recount" is not trying to determine the real intent of Ohio voters. They aren't even looking at the 93,000 undervotes that haven't been counted yet, and would take hand count looking at hanging chad(these are punch card undercounts mostly in Kerry precincts). Where they are is well documented and history knows approx. what would be found if they were counted.
But the Sec. of State controls the recount process and he doesn't want to count such votes(for Kerry) or seriously consider the provisional votes of real eligible voters that were rejected for arbitrary, illogical, and unreasonable reasons- mainly because they were likely to be from minorities and thus Kerry votes. The recount also isn't dealing the the fraud issue, although voting machine fraud and other fraud has been documented. The real and most important issues regarding who the majority of voters tried to vote for in Ohio isn't being dealt with in this "recount" . It seems to be an exercise in process- I'm not sure the purpose?

The recount definitely does not deal with some of the other issues. There is a mosaic of irregularity issues that must be taken together to create a whole, complex picture. These two threads discuss votes going to an unintended candidate. That is something a recount cannot solve.

What is the cumulative bottom line? Take each part and add it up. It adds up to throwing out the Ohio election. The recount alone won't justify that step. Mis-votes, suppression, and things yet to be uncovered...

15. Question. When enough is enough?

A .3% gain after recount of less than 3% of the vote, with a consistent pattern (i.e. no outliers). If this is linear, we have a 10% gain for 100%. That's enough in my book. What more can be expected? 20%? Is someone gonna say something?
