We all know it was, but let's break it down.

I think that is a product of the MSM, I think without the coverage swaying peoples opinions will be tough. Even people that suspect fraud, would probably not have heard of it.

well, the most obvious being the tabulation machine. have you seen it? Do you know how it works? Do you know who has access to it?

I do not have the answers to these questions, but I can't say for sure what happened other than a lot of things seemed fishy.

Also, when you combine the technology snafus with the machines which were witnessed as changing the vote (and which always makes me wonder if there were more no one noticed), combined with suppression and misinformation before and during the vote, I'd say they stole many millions of votes.

that he developed software that could be used to alter vote counts on both touch screen voting systems and to alter tabulation, if at the precinct level or higher.

because it was so universal, and included areas controlled by Democrats. There are anomalies that suggest fraud, but it's not clear yet whether it's sufficient to swing the vote by 118,000 in Ohio or 300,000 in FL.

118,000 in Ohio would mean a vote switch of 59,000 votes from the Kerry column to the Bush column. And we know from testimony that vote-switching software was sought by the GOP.

This takes in account only recorded numbers...

20. The Arnebeck suit in Ohio says that Kerry should have at least 130,656

votes returned to him from the * column -- which means he wins Ohio.

Michael Hout's paper about Florida says that 130,000-260,000 votes were removed from Kerry's tally on touchscreen machines.

Kathy Dopp's analysis suggests 10,000's more were stolen from Kerry's Florida tally on optical scan machines.

An analysis of New Mexico suggested at least 130,000 votes were moved from Kerry to *.

We still have Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Colorado, and Iowa to investigate.

Put it this way: If the exit polls were right (and the huge sample sizes & very, very large numbers of polling locations in the swing states) suggest that the exit polls were right -- then Kerry should have 3.5 million back in his tally easily.

Consider this bit of old-fashioned advice: If you are going to steal it -- steal it so BIG that no one will ever suspect a thing. No one is going to ask for a recount if it looks like BOTH the electoral college and popular vote went to *. Remember: Every single indicator leading up to the election, including the exit polls, said KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY - KERRY -

22. My Gut Says If It Were That Widespread,

then there would be more systematic differences between Republican and Democratic-controlled counties nationwide. Some voting methods could be tampered with no matter who ran the county, but it's not universal.

Election results are sometimes perverse or unexpected -- look at 1998 when Democrats gained in the House and Senate. It's impossible to know much to attribute to tampering and how much to the real vote count.

But, like I said, I don't know whether a clean count would overturn the election. Greg Palast, for example, had an article flatly claiming that Kerry won Ohio, but had literally nothing to support that statement other than noting that there were 250,000 uncounted or spoiled ballots. Adding suppressed votes might be enough, but unfortunately, they don't count.

None of the options fit my point of view. I believe that there is enough evidence to warrant an investigation, but I haven't been up on the latest news. I am wondering what people know that I don't that made them vote the first option?
