They could get a million people to Washington D.C. They are more anti-Bush than pro-Democrat but I'm sure they would turn out to oppose Bush that day.

Economic and other barriers will prevent many people from going to DC. Many of those are folks that will easily turn out at the local level.
I hope folks are making plans for demonstrations in a town nearby.
