Now they're using Osama tapes to change the headlines every time they want to kill a story. Do they have Osama in customdy, and they just roll him out when they need him? Do they maybe have a relative who looks and sounds a lot like him? Or are they using a computer-generated Osama to produce these tapes?

Its turned out that he is more valuable alive than dead - the Bushies have used 9/11 as a way of legitimizing every act of war. Pointing to OBL is their way of keeping every one scared, like preachers reminding the faithful of hellfire and brimstone.
