Wed. Dec. 8th Blackwell had former Congressman Dan Hamburg and his wife Carrie arrested for trespassing, while trying to deliver a letter to him. During the press conference Dan and Carrie had entered the lobby of the private Borden building at 180 Broad St, where Mr. Blackwell's publicly funded office is on the 16th floor. Blackwell violated their Constitutional rights.
Fri., Dec 17 Blackwell decided to stop the legal recount being conducted in Greene County Ohio, in mid-count. When the volunteers asked under what authority they were being stopped they were told that Ken Blackwell had determined that all voter records for the state of Ohio were locked-down, and were not considered public records. Blackwell violated these laws: 1) Ohio Revised Code Title XXXV Elections, Sec. 3503.26, which requires all election records to be made available for public inspection and copying. 2)ORC Sec. 3599.161 - makes it a crime for any employee of the Board of Elections to knowingly prevent or prohibit any person from inspecting the public records filed in the office of the Board of Elections. 3) ORC Sec. 3599.42 - violation of any provision of Title XXXV (35) of the Revised Code constitutes a prima facie case of election fraud within the purview of such Title.
