suddenly the sports standards do not apply anymore? If a horse was discovered doped, a jockey faked his weight - one or more of these acts of fraud would have disqualified the contest. Further comparison of the times of the fraudulent players would be irrelevant. The race would be ran again.
Can we care about our democracy as much as we care about our sposts?
Fraud is a fact - why even discuss if it was prevalent or not, if the outcome would be changed or not. Why is a fraudulent election acceptable in this country? How can one be somewhat elected?

one has a strong tendency to seek a ROI on the bet. Especially if it was for all the marbles. The tangible returns versus the intangible ones. :)

you would need rock solid proof that the allegations were true to take it in any further.
So far I haven't seen anything solid on election fraud even though I'm 100% sure it occurred.

And why all the signs of statistically impossible "glitches" going only one way aren't solid enough to warrant a redo? they surely were in Ukraine & Romania, but what do they know? I mean, they have equal and direct vote - shows you what fools they are!

5. When 1st Place Horse is "DQed" (disqualified)...

the second place horse moves up and is declared the winner. (This in horse races, horse shows, etc etc). I raise and show horses myself so I know this to be true.

Horse contests are pretty much never run again for any reason, they always just DQ the offender(s) and move the lower placing horses up.

However in this case moving "second place horse" up to first place would have been just FINE....

Seriously, usually in the horse biz, DQs happen when somebody gets caught in a regular test (which I WISH we had more of in the election biz), or when somebody squeals.

Just MAYBE sooner or later somebody's gonna squeal on this. I have a feeling. (At least I hope I do.)

Kerry edges Bush by 15 votes in the additional 1000 votes uncovered in the Oshocton County OH recount.

Bush had previously won 57% of the 16,000 votes initially counted.

The odds of this occurrence: Less than 1 in 4 million (per TIA).
