Specifically why did the major news organizations have to go to federal circuit court on election morning and get an emergency injunction when he tried to keep them more than 100 feet away from the exits of polling places?
Here is the case:
http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/st-ohio-litigation-abc.htmlGo to "Complaint" Item 12 and read what the plaintiffs have to say being kept at a distance of greater than 100 feet would have done to the accuracy and reliability of exit polls in Ohio.
We know that Blackwell wasn't worried about long lines or chaos. If he was, he would have made sure that there were enough machine, ballots and trained workers at polling places.
While we are at it, why did so many news outlets complain bitterly about Blackswell's attempst to infringe upon their rights to conduct scientifically valid exit polls on election day in Ohio? And then later, about the same time they forgot abouthis attempts to hinder their exit pollsters.
