where the out-of-office party has a shadow government with unofficial 'ministers' of various departments (exchequer, home secretary etc) that speak to their areas of expertise in opposition to the government in power.
This is a true opposition party. not like the dems who are NOT acting in concert as a loyal opposition. whatta surprise, 55 million people voted for dems and now are abandoned.
