I have been quite patient with Kerry because I believe a stealth tactic would be a slick move.

There may come a point when I'll have to give up on the "stealth tactic" idea, but until that happens, I have faith, too. Kerry has appeared to me to be a man of integrity, and a man who fights his battles wisely. This would be the biggest one he's fought, and I'm basing my faith on his past behavior. I don't see how he could fight these people any other way, at least not effectively. I hope I'm right.

One of the things KKKarl hated most about Kerry was that it was easy to see that he'd keep his campaign promises, whereas the shrub kept very few and broke many. Kerry said that every vote would count and every vote would be counted. That hasn't happened yet, which is why he has filed suit in Ohio and federal court. We haven't seen the last of him yet. His return will be on a phoenix!

I've never believed in the hieroglyphics. That was other people putting meanings on his words because of what they wanted to hear.

He's not Lassie people. He doesn't need a translator to tell us that our vote is stuck in a well, and we should come immediately.

I have seen Kerry activity in the area he said he would work on, making sure all the votes got counted. If he's working on the fraud issue, and the recent lawsuit says that he at least has his feet wet in that area, he will indeed pick his battles wisely. If he doesn't come out swinging now, it will mean that they just didn't have enough.

As someone said, this is about the most obsessive compulsive person any of us have seen. The Prosecutor will have an airtight case, or he will not come out at all. The Bush junta would just have him for lunch otherwise, and we'd be no better off, except we'd be minus one more fighter.

If he can't nail them now, I will look for fight from him in the Senate. My support doesn't have an expiration date. It will not go bad on Jan. 6th. He'd have to barbecue puppies or something to lose me.

Congressman Conyers has all that he has because of countless numbers of our fellow citizens who were already busting their butts before 2 Nov 2004 and have been at it tirelessly, ceaselessly since.

That is our message to every Senator and every other Congressperson as we call and fax and visit their offices starting early am EST, 3 Jan 2005.

Senator Kerry, if he is the person I think he is, realizes he is not 'the winner', just as much as he knows Bush did not 'win.' Senator Kerry, if he is hte person I think he is, realizes We The People -- LOST.

Because so many of our fellow citizens have absolutely no basis in reality for thinking that their vote was counted as they intended (30 % of them voted on easily hacked, electronic devices that did not yield a receipt and a mechanism for checking that receipt with what was recorded in the central tabulating system -- you would likely not use a bank that offered that type of service).

Because so many of our fellow citizens were thwarted, in numerous different ways, from even being able to vote.

WE HAVE NO ELECTION.

So, the time for Senator Kerry to 'come forward' is when it is abundantly clear to all our fellow citizens that We The People assumed our responsibility and forced a halt and an investigation of an invalid, illegal election process and an assault on our franchise of democracy and the Constitution on which it is based.

I had thought he could do it sooner, but, during the past few weeks I've grown to realize that for him to have acted before 6 Jan 2005 would be reckless and would have diverted attention to him instead of focusing the attention on the crimes in precisely the forum in which those crimes had to begin to be addressed -- joint session of the 109th US Congress.

We will in_DEED prevail.

In short: both your career and your place in history may suffer disastrous damage if you ignore this crucial information.

The short version is this: when it becomes known that you had access to this information and ignored it, then you will be on the defensive to explain why.

That explanation will be hard to come by. There is no explanation for bowing in obeisance to a foul coup d'etat resulting from the theft of an election, not to mention the subversion of constitutional democracy in the USA.

So I am asking for the obvious: I am asking that you to object to the Ohio electors on January 6th, and to challenge the 2004 election results in general. The alternative is harsh: if you don’t act, history and many Americans could well come to regard you as a dupe, as a fool, or even worse - a harsher assessment would hold those guilty of covering up election fraud as participants in a treasonous effort to subvert democracy in America.

Given Hobson's choice, there is no real alternative: do your duty and refuse the Ohio electors along with John Conyers and others. Challenge the results of the entire election, and do not back down.

I also ask you, as an American, to do this because it is the right thing to do. In doing this I hope you will heed the pitfalls of not taking moral and ethically correct action. Avoid those pitfalls and the stigma of history by voting to object to the Ohio electors, and refusing to take part in treason, or in rubber stamping the false results of the presidential election of 2004.

I am sorry if this letter angers you – that is not my intention. But it is a time to be angry, and I hope you will direct yours at the proper recipients. Refuse to allow the unconstitutional seizure of power in our country in 2004, and do not be seduced into allowing the neo-fascist bullies and traitors who have brought this about to survive politically.

Just woke up from a nap and was having an intense dream about John Kerry. Probably meaningless, but it felt so potent. I was working at The Music Center in Los Angeles (I do) and he was there for a political event. He was on the ground floor and I remembered having seen him about a month ago (before the election) at a time when I didn't really care about him. But I was in waiting in the lobby for the elevator to go up and I saw him. Then I got in the elevator and it struck me that he was incredibly beautiful. For some reason the elevator wasn't working so I ended up back on the ground floor and peeked around the corner to see him sitting at a table with a lot of other people. They were all dressed up as if at a gala fundraising event. At that moment I realized that he was incredibly beautiful. I saw this amazing beauty in him and realized that I was in love with him. I knew I looked great too and thought about that earlier time when I hadn't really been paying attention to what I was wearing. So then I got back in the elevator and tried to go back up to my office on the fifth floor. All the time I was remembering John Kerry and what an amazing experience it had been to connect with him when I peeked around that corner. Then the elevator got stuck on the third floor and the door wouldn't open. I couldn't figure out what to do so I kept trying to push different buttons. Some people got in and went to the fourth floor and got out. The doors closed I was on my way up to the fifth floor again thinking about how much I was in love with John Kerry.

So of course it was nothing, but it left me with such a strong impression that I wanted to tell someone about it.

Thanks for the insight. I'm still thinking about that dream because I never dream about politicians, least of all that I'm in love with them. I did get stuck in that elevator a couple of times at work and don't want to go back to work tomorrow, so I guess that's part of it. I want to believe that John Kerry is still going to come through for us in shining colors. Don't quite know how, but I guess we can always hope for a miracle.
