Calling the Republican Party and asking why he's ducking the law -

Handing out flyers near where he is scheduled to speak -

Kenneth Blackwell will be the guest speaker at the Upper Arlington, Ohio Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting. He will be speaking on "Ethics In Leadership". (E-gads!)

The event is open to the public. Cost is $30 for non-members and $25 for members. The meeting will be Wednesday January 12th from 11:00-1:00 pm at the Scioto Country Club located at 2196 Riverside Drive. (Just North of Trabue Road) Call [phone] for reservations.

9. Can individuals bring lawsuits against Blackwell?

I'm not from Ohio -- but if I were and had been affected by his being pro-bush and his efforts at blocking certain areas from voting -- I'd certainly be considering slapping him with a law suit.

Make the sucker's life as miserable as possible -- he oversaw an election as crooked as any third world dictatorship.
