How Kerry Votes were Switched to Bush Votes
The evidence of irregularities in Cuyahoga County continue to mount.

Ballot-order/precinct numbers are arranged in a non-random manner, increasing the probabilities of Kerry cross-votes landing in the Bush column.

9. OK, I get it. You count the ballots on the wrong machines.
But how many votes or vote swaps, or NET Bush-to-Kerry vote swaps are we talking about here? Is this already included in Moss v. Bush?
