Why isnt he standing up?

BTW, his website is down. Does anyone have his phone and email info?

1. The NEW Senate will be in session when all this comes up. He
will be out office if my understanding of this is correct. He's literally one of us now.

2. Retiring Senators' terms expire January 3rd; this is includes Bob Graham.

3. I called Senator Edwards' office in December and was told --
-- that mail addressed to him will be forwarded for an indefinite period, even though North Carolina will have a new senator in that seat.

The staffer also said that the Democratic National Committee will "certainly know" how to reach John Edwards, and that mail sent to him there will be forwarded as well.
