other senators as well. Jan. 5 is the deadline, because Jan 6 the
congress will certify the vote for Bush, even though it was fraught with
fraud, unless we speak up! (or sing?)

WHO: Some Kucinich campaign workers and others are planning to serenade
our senators' offices
WHEN: Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 4 & 5 from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. Both days,
to prepare for Jan. 6.

WHY: We have called, written, e-mailed and faxed them, and now we are
going to sing some sense into them so that they will honor
Representative John Conyer's request that the Senate investigate voting
irregularities and disenfranchisement in the November 2nd election. Our
nation cannot afford another shameful scene like the one shown in
Farenheit 911 where not one Senator stood up for voter's rights. If John
Kerry doesn't stand up for the people who voted for him, that is a
tragedy!

This sounds like a desperate move, but hey, we're desperate!

Once we get there, we'll be singing the songs on the attached files, the
same ones that follow in this email. However, you are strongly
encouraged to leave singing voice messages too, and then tell them why
you as a citizen are asking that your representative in Congress and the
Senate not certify George Bush as president because of the discrepancy
between the exit polls and the "real vote". If people in the Ukraine can
have democracy and a revote, we can too! Is this America or a fascist
state? It's up to we the people to stand up for our right to have a fair
election and it is up to our Senators and Representatives to stand up
for us.
