and even answering questions, claiming immunity. I also know that Bushco is trying to get a lawsuit dismissed.

They're scared, folks. They know full well they cheated. They're terrified that the story will get beyond the net and into the MSM if this suit goes forward and Blackwell is forced to answer a few hard questions.

...after he was offered a federal job in the Bush administration. So he opted to stay in Ohio.

Thus far he's been able to keep his skeletons in the closet, but the guy's made SO many enemies-- on both sides of the aisle, frankly-- that the info is starting to leak out.
