Harry Reid on the Senate floor a few minutes ago stated that only five Dem Senators had asked to speak to the objection during the subsequent debate and the whole two hours would probably not be needed. He learned his lessons well from Mr. Daschle.

Reid stated that only 5 Dems will have any comments - 5 minutes each, and MCConnell stated that only 2 repukes would have anything to say. Both agreed to have "the matter" taken care of in under an hour.
