JJ Jr speaks, has supported IRV. May not have been answer to what took place in FLA or OH. CBC has been looking at voting system nationally. Says it's something they're looking hard at. Points out as long as election systems are administered by states, will always be seperate and unequal. Wants congress to establish a unitary system -- maybe discuss IRV at that time.
