Okay. The suspense is killing me. How did Dennis vote?
He signed the letter. So I'm guessing he voted with the good guys.

1. It's impossible to know yet. But I 'd be willing to bet he voted yea
He has never lacked the courage to speak out or oppose the majority before, no matter how severely he has been criticized, even by his own party. He voted against the war in Iraq, unlike his fellow Dem candidates, so I think that speaks to his convictions.:-)

2. There were 32 Yes votes from Democrats in the House.
Assume most of them were from the Black Congressional Caucus. Vote not up yet.
