Did I Hear Senator Boxer say this or not?

A reporter asked her why she was doing this, when Senator Kerry conceded and I could have sworn she said Senator Kerry didnt object to what she was doing and I could have sworn she practically said under her breath...but he DID say to slow down the count. Did anybody else hear this or not? I hope someone taped this so I can get an answer. I could be wrong...I dont want to start a rumor. I came on this forum to find out if what I THOUGHT I heard would be here.

She said she didn't want to put him on the spot. Her objection wasn't about Kerry, she said. It was about the right of citizens to vote and the integrity of our democracy.
I agree completely. This is far more important than Kerry.

If someone taped it, see if you hear Senator Boxer say these words "slow down the count" what was this in reference too? It was at a news conference. I hope somebody taped it. I will check back on this thread.
