I was looking at some articles in LexisNexis found something that may be useful. I think the info is readily available, but maybe not state by state? It was wierd though all of the following info was after the article/copyright/etc. It was all clusterred together, but I went through starting new lines where necessary. Thought it might be useful or interesting to some?......
