My coworker emailed me this link to her friend's website. There is a downloadable song on this page, and the lyrics are shown.
It is quite a beautiful song - not my normal taste, but very powerful and right on the mark. I recommend taking a listen if you have time. And speakers :P.

Dear Friends Who Voted for Senator Kerry and for Change in 2004,

We, here in Ann Arbor, have been working to create a post election song, or anthem, that might inspire and remind us all of the awesome strength and potential of our 55+ million strong coalition.

Here is the song we came up with, and we dedicate it to you.

May you feel refreshed by its message. May you be reminded of our collective power. Even in these stormy, painful times, may you hold tight to the vision of positive change. May your heart be filled with love, and may your love-in-action transform our government and positively impact the world.

It was such an empowering experience writing this song, and when the choir was recording its part, the room was absolutely electrified with sparkling life force! I truly hope a little bit of the great energy comes through the recording to you.
