To gain any sort of legitimacy, apparently we have to account for the artificial difference of 3 million of votes between “*” and Senator Kerry’s totals.
I disagree, so I will provide about 800.000 popular votes and the electoral votes that would get him to the White house whenever he wants.
Here we go:
1.
http://www.wowt.com/news/headlines/1161971.html - 10.000 extra votes. Sarpy County, Nebraska.
2. 58.000 missing ballots in Florida, 58.000 resent - Total is 116.000 votes
3. Machines count backwards in Broward county (Florida) - 32.000 votes at least.
4.
http://electionexamination.blogspot.com/ - “Glitches” involving “*” votes by machine vendor and county. 200.000 estimate.
* Florida delivered to Kerry. I‘ve found 348.000 good reasons.
5.
http://www.ohio.com/mld/beaconjournal/news/state/10103910.htm?1c - Franklin County Ohio. Almost 4.000 extra votes for “*”.
6.
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00/county.000.html- 1.000 extra votes found by “The Coshocton Tribune” reporter. Unexplained until today.
7.
http://nashuaadvocate.blogspot.com/2004/12/news-election-2004-green-party_18.html - “The Nashua Advocate” extrapolates Coshocton County’s “magic votes and concludes that it would be feasible to find 386.000 missing votes.
Since the difference is 118.000 votes, we can deliver OHIO to Kerry.
8.
http://www.newbernsj.com/SiteProcessor.cfm?Template=/GlobalTemplates/Details.cfm&StoryID=18297&Section=Local- 11.283 votes, Craven County, North Carolina.
9.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uslatest/story/0,1282,-4596394,00.html - Over 4.500 votes lost in Carteret County, North Carolina.
10. In LaPorte County, Indiana, a Democratic stronghold, the electronic voting machines decided that each precinct only had 300 voters. "At about 7 p.m. Tuesday," according to this report, "it was noticed that the first two or three printouts from individual precinct reports all listed an identical number of voters. Each precinct was listed as having 300 registered voters. That means the total number of voters for the county would be 22,200, although there are actually more than 79,000 registered voters."
* 57.000 votes unaccounted for.
11. Bernalillo County
New Mexico State Police are investigating allegations of voter fraud – including one instance in which an as-of-yet unnamed woman is being connected with up to 200 bogus ballots. “One of my employees can identify one person that did bring in the majority of those cards that we didn’t enter into our rolls because addresses didn’t exist,” said Bernalillo County Clerk Mary Herrera, explaining why her office disqualified several provisional ballots. Provisional ballots are ballots that voters are allowed to cast if the voter’s name isn’t on the voter roll at their polling place. Before they are counted, the county clerk verifies that the voter is actually registered. Herrera says roughly 25 percent of the provisional ballots in Bernalillo County have been rejected as invalid. Now that those in-lieu-of ballots have been sorted, the vote counting begins.
* A fair recount will deliver New Mexico to Senator Kerry.
Ok, so at this point I’ve found about 800.000 votes involved on incidents that Senator Kerry may want to look at and 52 electoral votes that he might want to claim in court.
Now, please, could anybody deliver a copy of the American electoral Law to Cam Kerry and tell him that the candidates compete for THOSE VOTES and NOT THE POPULAR VOTE?
Thanks.
