People "Power Up" Protest January 20, 2005

I propose a two minute blackout protest for those that can not make it to DC.

At 9:00 pm eastern standard time people everywhere should shut the power off in their homes and offices as a protest of this mal-administrations fraWd and harmful policies. At 9:02 we should then simultaneously "Power Up" and create a literal and symbolic surge on the power grid which hopefully sends a clear and definitive message. Enough is Enough!

Disseminate this idea if you like it!

1. we should also start writing letters to the editors of our papers

and emailing tv personalities and letting them know that we are expecting to see the protest covered in the news.
