Schwarzenegger asked Rove a question, and Rove replied "once we get past the lawsuits"

Then the man in front of them was making some sort of comment about (president) 41, noticed the camera and said "Oops!"

The camera turned away after that.

I think Schwarzenegger was asking about Rove's help for his political future, and Rove was replying they would continue plans once the sexual harassment suits finished.

I stood between 14th & 15th Streets. There was a procession of Senators before bushco, one of whom quickly flipped the bird, smiled, then waved. I'd like to narrow down who it was, and wonder if anyone may have caught him on camera...
