On edit: Seems to be identical. The time frame has not changed which means NO PAPER REQUIRED UNTIL 2009! Keep that in mind if you are considering supporting this bill, people.

Many experts in the field are saying the Dodd bill is horrible!!!!!

I'm told it would actually PREVENT any legislation requiring a paper ballot!!!!

Conyers is well intentioned but this is not the bill to support!!!

Rather, we need to communicate to Conyers that the Dodd bill is bad!!!
