This story probly won't matter if the enemy can keep stealing elections -- keep it in perspective.
On the other hand, it does not hurt to expose other facets of the enemy's never-ending fraud, and the huge role the "media" plays in our nightmare. IMO, this story and the research teamwork that are going into may develop as very important. I emphatically am *not* encouraging a lot of people to go off into 20 hours of reading all the Kos threads on it. Write or call your elected representatives with the time instead!
I've been an expatriot for some 15 years and am not a constituent, and I write (but less than I would if I were a constituent with more "voice.")
For people not familar with what this story is about, this update. These are *edited* from very recent Kos posts:

It made the Kansas City Star political "buzz" column today, print version.
What's missing from the media stories?
1. Discussion of the almost certainty "Jeff Gannon" is a pseudonym. 2. Discussion of the unusual credentialing arrangement of "Gannon" at the White House. 3. *Much much* more

Gannon is small time. He's enjoying the attention....but he is small time.
We are after the people paying him. The one's pulling the strings. We want the man behind the curtain.

And we're going to get him { by SusanG, who started this research at Kos, and is co-ordinating it.}

This is mind blowing
Just to keep you guys up to date, a lot of stuff is happening behind the scenes. I'm spending today and probably tomorrow trying to streamline an administrative system so we can better process all the great research everyone's doing.
You people are AWESOME, the greatest research team/organizers on the planet.
As someone said on one of the diaries (amidst the 2500+ comments and pieces of research):
WE are the leaders we've been waiting for.
And we're going to take this all the way, folks. All the way home. Things are happening, all because of whatever phenomenon this is -- community journalism, collaborative journalism, open source journalism, whatever we decide to call it -- because if the old media won't do its job, we'll do it ourselves.
We won't be lied to anymore. We won't be propagandized. This is just a case of people getting fed up and tired of waiting for leaders and becoming -- ALL of us, this so barely having anything to do with me anymore, it's ALL of us -- leaders.

John Dean called it in "Worse than Watergate: The Secret Presidency of George W. Bush" years ago; he warned that the Bush administration would fall under its penchant for anticonstitutional behavior, secrecy, and scandal.
