maybe we should hold the President accountable, ala CEO type liability for actions that negligently or fraudulently cost the taxpayer unnecessary expense. CEO can be accountable to shareholders, since this corporatist president is so intent on transferring the shareholders' (peoples') wealth to stealth protagonists of his ill fated rule, why not make him pay up. Personal liability for the chief. If the buck stopped there, where did it go? Whom did it benefit?
