Reports of Election Fraud in Iraq. Did anyone else hear about

this? I was listening to the radio earlier today, I think it was KPFT, and there was some interview with a man who was a Turk living in Iraq complaining about fraud in the election a week ago. I don't remember much except that a group of people in Iraq are asking for the UN to come and "review the election documents." So far no takers on that at the UN according to the report. Has anyone here heard anything about this?
